We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZA820973.

What Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Us, We may collect:

  • Contact and order details — name and email address, provided when you purchase the Career Positioning Audit™ via Stripe Checkout.
  • Career and intake information — your CV/résumé, career history, target roles, and other information you submit through Our intake form, used to prepare your Audit.
  • Payment information — card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Our payment processor, Stripe; We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Correspondence — any emails or messages you send Us, for example with a query or complaint.
  • Technical data — if Our Site uses cookies or analytics tools, We describe them in the Cookies section below.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only with service providers who help Us run Our business, under contracts that require them to protect it, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Tally — collecting your intake form responses.
  • Zapier — automating the transfer of your order and intake information between Our systems.
  • Google (Google Sheets) — Our internal order-tracking record.
  • Microsoft (Outlook/Microsoft 365) — sending you order and delivery emails.

We do not sell your personal data, and We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International Transfers

Some of the providers listed above (including Stripe, Google and Microsoft) may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, We rely on their compliance with UK-recognised safeguards (such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy decisions) to ensure your data continues to be protected.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep order and payment records for as long as required by UK tax law (currently up to 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year). We keep your CV and intake responses for as long as needed to prepare and deliver your Audit and respond to any follow-up questions, and delete or anonymise them within 12 months of delivery unless you ask Us to keep them for a follow-up engagement or We are required to keep them longer by law.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access the personal data We hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; ask Us to delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where We rely on it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe We have not handled your data properly.

Our Site and services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, children under 18.
