3. Candidate evaluation

The competency interview and evaluation of the candidate qualities are a key element of the recruitment process. The right assessment will identify candidates that easy align with the culture and business goals of our client.

We interview candidates by phone, written assessments and face-to-face.

4. Delivery

A short list along with market intelligence is presented to the client.

5. Offer & Negotiation

We check reference, negotiate offers and secure commitments.

6. Clients/ Successful Candidates

We closely monitor our candidates on boarding, for the first 12 months in the position.
